I've been amazed by the excellent customer service! My husband and I started getting quotes elsewhere after a bad experience with our previous insurance agency. Kristi was on the ball, so quick to respond, empathetic about our situation, and she even figured out our prior insurance was not done accurately, meaning if we had an accident previously, we would've been liable for the damages out of pocket! Knowing insurance as thoroughly as she does, Lori also asks the smartest questions that as a home owner we don’t necessarily think of. Her advice has been spot on! Lori always responds very quickly to emails or returns phone calls within a day. On the rare occasion that Lori may not be available one of her team members jumps right in…especially Kaitlyn who really helped us out one day.
